Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I always have a great experience at Cana Cabana. The staff truly make the place stand out. One of the guys who works there is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. He's great at explaining products, suggesting new things to try, and making every visit enjoyable with his friendly personality. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find something they'll like.
The manager is also wonderful. She's always warm and welcoming, and it's impressive how she remembers past conversations and takes the time to connect with customers. It makes every visit feel personal rather than just a quick stop. She's always happy to chat, share stories, and catch up, which creates such a positive atmosphere in the store.
Between the helpful recommendations, the friendly conversations, and the overall welcoming vibe, this location always feels like more than just a retail store. The team clearly cares about their customers and about creating a great experience every time someone walks through the door. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for great service and a genuinely friendly environment.
I came here yesterday and wow. Customer service was great! Ferhat helped me out and gave great information on products i was interested in. Staff here was great and made me laugh! Very inviting for sure! Id come back again and again :)
An amazing little store right by the subway. This place has amazing weed, better prices and even better service. Even the music is positive. Everyone, including Sony, Rose, Dre, MC hammer and that manager Ferhat, Jesus, what a crew. All five their 110%. Great brand representation!!!
Had an amazing first time experience here the bud tender Andreas was amazing, had all the best recommendations and was very knowledgeable on the stock. Super welcoming and very funny, had us laughing and was an amazing help! Definitely stop in and see him he'll get you right and give you a smile!
I had a great experience at this location. This is my first time shopping at this dispensary and the bud tender, MC was the name he went by, was very helpful and patient. Great selection from very affordable to pretty fancy ( not crazy luxurious). They also have a membership program that cost around $30 for the year but gets you major discounts on all the products in the store, but the biggest discounts are on accessories and bongs. The regular price is very very high. This is supposed to represent other stores "market" price, so as to help you see the savings you would get if you were a member. Overall a great experience, regular price items are too expensive, but if you get the membership (that doesn't auto renew, by the way) then you will see amazing savings. Oh and did I mention this membership applies to all of their stores nationwide. Check them out.
