I find the staff very friendly and helpful. I recently started smoking for relaxation and they are very understanding and knowledgeable
Great locally owned store. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Has great daily specials for whatever you fancy. The drive thru is an added bonus!
Always greeted by friendly staff, good variety of products. Having the drive-thru is handy for sure. Will continue travelling to this location. Great service, keep it up.
Unfortunately leaving this review. Normally I would consider it a mistake but this now the second time I've had an issue at this drive thru.
I drove up to Island smoke after work and arrived at 654pm. I know they close at 7 so decided to use the drive thru, this way i wasn't messing on floors, if they had mopped.
I drove up to the speaker and was greated by a female vouce and told "I'll be right with you'.
I sat for 10 minutes. ( Thinkong they had instore customers ahead of me like last time). At this point I drove to the front door and two girls were leaving the staff door. I walked towards the customer door and was told "we"re closed, we close at 7. "
I told her im aware of that ive been sitting in your drive thru for 10 minutes! Her response was "no we close at 7". I told her I was greated and told "ill be right with you" to which she said "oh that automated"
Im not sure why a business would find it beneficial to have customers be told ill be right with you after hours when store is closed?
Needless to say very disappointed and perhaps if a business cant staff a drive thru they shouldn't have one.
