Without this knowledge and understanding, it would not be possible to steer the company in the direction of our best future.
We are a licensed cannabis retail company with our first store opened in Courtenay, BC. We have opened our second store at 1710 Robson Street and our third store in Nanaimo, BC. As licensed stores in the new legal market, our goal is to set a standard for cannabis retail by redefining the experience of purchasing cannabis and helping dissolve the negative stigma associated with the industry.
We are building our stores to be positive, open, and welcoming. When you walk into an Inspired Cannabis Co store, we want you to feel as welcome as you would in your family’s home.

Staff here is incredible. They make the experience so worth it. Always a sale on and you can earn points in store towards stuff too. One of my favourite dispensaries in town.
Employees are super respectful and kind. I lost my phone in the parking lot they returned it promptly. Not a smoker but would only shop here if I did.
Was just threatened by the attendant at 8:45pm on 2025-11-08, she did everything to try to instigate me by telling me my last 2 weeks of purchases haven't built any points (she said oct 26th), and then she threatened to call the cops on me. I asked her to please do and she refused to, stating "no one would believe you".
I had my dog with me and was grabbing a half quarter, this was the second time I was there today and I had been advised by the young black haired girl that my points were building.
I felt absolutely threatened as a repeat customer, and this attendant did not care about her behaviour.
She did finish my purchase, after nearly 8-10 minutes, and she had some very unpleasant things to say.
10/10 service all staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products this Im my go to store always have a wonderful experience

In 3 visits I get a dead vessel 510 thread battery, second get a bag of weed rated 33% has no crystal on the weed and smells like lemon hay instead of GSC x gg4 (literally so bad I give back the ounce no refund next day), third visit get a bag of weed with normal flavor and crystal coating at 25%THC. SO for 2 out of 3 visits the expectation is dead or low quality products, I'm surprised they didn't send me off with the super stinky flavorful weed after returning the next day with my terrible purchase from the store.
The energies of this store are descending quality of flavor including THC and battery charge, way too descentful for buying a new bag of weed or a new vape battery, you know like how it's usually charged and just works, in my experience this store seems to just disappoint.
