Absolutely lovely staff. Had Noah suggest some pre-rolls for a relaxing reading week. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable (love the personal recommendations), he knows his stuff!
Came back again today for a few items and through the assistance of a nice young lady with glasses left with; a joint in the shape of a cross, some accessories, and a plan to watch pineapple express.
I've never experienced such knowledgeable, kind individuals with such a love and care for something before. Thank you!!!!!!
Went to this store for the first time today and the staff, I dealt with was very knowledgeable and very friendly and very helpful, the most helpful I have ever gotten in a cannabis store! This my new cannabis store for sure ! Prices are similar to other stores!Also love the way the store is layout! And lots of neat things are in the store. A true potheads dream…••lol•••
I don't go anywhere else. Great prices, owners down to staff are friendly and when I do go in store it's always so pretty/neatly organized. Their delivery is great as well, they deliver within an hour rain or shine. Even through a snowstorm Kevin (I hope that's his name, he also referred to himself as old stoner dude) showed up extremely friendly and professional. Also want to shout out Maya, also extremely professional and very helpful. Love this place

So this review is a bit of a mix between a conversation I had with a friend that has also been a customer here.
First I'll throw out my experience, then I'll follow it up with our conversation.
I was in the need for a new 510 thread battery. I had previously owned one I liked but lost it. I searched online for someone that carried what I specifically wanted. The unipro ark, tribal pack. I like the larger 1.2 fat tanks that this battery will accept. I also like the solid build of this pack. I was able to find it online at highland cannabis. I called to verify it was in stock, and it was.
So this leads to my actual experience. I entered the store and the security guard let me in. Immediately, I was approached by a staff member. He offered assistance and immediately I told him what I was looking for. No muss, no fuss, I was in and out pretty quick. Got what I went in for and was on my way.
Now I get to the conversation with a friend. He mentioned the "rush" atmosphere. By this I mean, the feeling he gets, when he walks in the door. He felt/feels like he is rushed and doesn't feel comfortable to take the time to browse. Now, in my experience, I knew what I wanted, I was expecting a quick in and out. However, that being said, I can understand where he was coming from. I didn't feel pressured, however, having someone immediately approach me as I walk in the door would not impressed me if I was not sure what I wanted.
