I visited this dispensary hoping to get some help choosing a bong kit for gift. There were three options, but I could only see one clearly. When I asked for assistance, the staff member was visibly annoyed. She reluctantly opened the case, and when I asked to see another kit, she again seemed irritated with my decision. After she handed me the wrong kit, I had to correct her, and she just brushed me off, saying, that's not what I said that 'It doesn't matter.' Despite this, I went ahead and purchased one of the kit, but I left feeling really disappointed with the customer service. I hope they improve their approach.

They have an excellent selection of quality products, fair pricing, and a clean, well-organized store. Every visit feels smooth and professional. The girl that works there isn't a great fit she can be a bit rude and unhelpful. It's quite weird…. Your job is to make the customer feel good and make sales. Please rethink your daily routine and how you approach customers that want to spend money. I've never been to this store and walked out happy it's just a few staff members that hangout in the back and then wake up when someone walks in and gives half fast customer service. Try playing some music or smiling, thank god the bald guy at least has some sense to show a customer a product without holding on to it. Yikes
The lady there seems like a very nice person, and I respect her. However, she sold me a different product than what I asked for. Even after I went back and told her that it wasn't the same product, she still sold me the wrong one. I'm trying to quit cannabis and I've been making an effort to buy flowers with the lowest possible THC levels. But the product she gave me has high THC. She told me it wouldn't get me high, but I know very well that if I smoke two of them, it will trigger the reward mechanism in my brain and make me crave THC again the next day. I've confirmed this with three different AI systems.
I've been using cannabis for 15 years, and I really want to quit. Sometimes when I smoke two, it's clear this product has very high THC. If I only had one, it might have been manageable, but my brain needs to completely recover from THC. Before me, she argued with another customer who was rude, and I think I ended up being the one who paid the price for that. Regardless of the technical details, I showed her exactly what I wanted on my phone and asked twice, yet she still convinced me to buy something else. The store was about to close, and there was a rush, but this still isn't right.
