I have gone to all the many Hamilton Road pot shops I find this the best service, a great selection and an informative experience overall. They make sure your happy in every way. LOL
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dacanna (281 Cannon St E, Hamilton). On Feb 28, 2026, I purchased a 1g Good Supply pre‑roll that appeared already smoked — the tip was burnt even though the seal looked intact. When I went back to the store immediately, staff refused a refund or replacement and said there was nothing they could do. I've been a loyal customer here for over 5 years, but this level of product quality and lack of support are unacceptable. I won't be returning after this experience.
Was a customer here for a long time . couple times a week buying vape carts. I bought a battery few days ago and a new cart. The battery i had bought was cooked and wouldn't work for the life of it and wasted my cart . Took it there today see if I could swap and the staff I was dealing with said no sorry ... waste of time and money terrible!!!!!!!!!!!
We are locals and we love this place! Have come back many times and we have lots of great experiences. Today we came in and Shauna and Alex were awesome! Helped us find exactly what we wanted… unfortunately there was some TROLL outside that needed to hate on this place.. and was seemingly calling someone who owned this company to complain…. While they were outside not enjoying a great experience they could've had.. they stood outside and presumptively ripped on these employees doing a GREAT JOB inside before experiencing anything. This review is to say the store ROCKS. But if you meet this meany
hating on innocent customer service workers, working like she doesn't… don't listen.
This place is amazing. Great people, good variety of products & I always leave with something I enjoy. Thanks for the hospitality.
