After coming here for a while, had a misunderstanding that turned into a bad experience. Andrew reached out and handled it very proffesionaly.
Quick service which is very good, but second I drove into the parking lot I was rudely stared at by a person smoking a cigarette outside who decided to tell me, in a very unfriendly tone, that I need photo ID to enter Cannasavvy, before I even got 20 feet away from the door.
Little does she know you legally need a photo ID to drive a vehicle.
I won't be returning as I've never experienced a budtender be in such a condescending mood before and was my first negative experience buying marijuana.
Not very welcoming of the younger crowds Im assuming
Edit; This is a google review, an unbiased experience of what happened. Responding to bad reviews only with condescending comments doesn't help your reputation. There's 5 or 6 stores in that plaza. Your workers shouldn't be staring at people, period. Especially in their cars.
don't sell somebody weed that's over a year old And get Budtenders that are actually knowledgeable in the products And don't have attitude with the customers… nice try thanks though.. what a terrible family owned Business
The blonde lady in her early 40s is a terrible budtender With no cannabis experience. And a terrible attitude Sold me weed that was over a year old packaged on June 3, 2023 I then opened up the weed to find blue stuff inside the package, which is obviously not safe to smoke the lady would not offer me a refund And told me to speak with whoever is in tomorrow morning I will never be returning to your dispensary and I will constantly Deter people from it… Discount cannabis on Howard Road just a couple kilometers down is way better
