Recently visited for the first time and was blown away! The store itself is a beautiful little store front with easy accessibility. Inside it's very cozy, very professional, and set up streamlined and displays their products clearly. The staff is truly amazing! Incredibly kind, passionate, and knowledgeable about their products and cannabis in general. We had a really nice conversation where I learned a lot, and I left excited to come back.
This shop has hands down the best selection of small-batch craft flower I have ever seen. If dispensaries had Michelin stars, this store would have three stars for being worthy of a special journey. Up In Smoke is the pinnacle of their profession and offers peak products, environment, and service. If you don't know, you won't know!
What Matt and Sarah at up in Smoke are doing is something really special, and it is clear that they are some of the biggest supporters of craft cannabis in BC. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you.

Tasso was very friendly and shared his vast knowledge about the products. He was very patient and kindly rolled a joint for me from my very recent purchase the Strawberry Froyo (which smells really good by the way).

Hands down one of the best dispensaries in BC ! The best catalogue and always top quality products. If you value hospitality, a knowledgeable staff, and people who truly care about their customers like family, Matt and Sarah are your people ! Huge shoutout to Matt for being incredibly helpful with my order. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for as well as guiding me through the process. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. The individual running shop is the most friendly and knowledgeable around. If you aren't sure what you want he will get you sorted. Definitely my new main store.
Friendly staff and a decent selection of product. No, they won't have everything that's available for retail in BC but if you're not dead set on a specific product then you won't leave empty handed or disappointed. I found a rare cbd isolate in their fridge after I bought some prerolls, ended up making 2 purchases that day.
