Great staff, super friendly and welcoming! Clean and professional store. Never needed it, but they offer return on defective products, which is really nice. Unlike some of the higher traffick locations, you're are always made to feel welcome and casual in your shopping experience. My lady even travels from Langley to Mission (even though there is another branch in Langley) just to come to THIS store because of the service.
Amazing staff bought some pre rolls one was defective full refund no problem, five star customer service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
What a joke. They lost my business. Horrible customer service and honestly not too nice. I am appalled by there service today. I will not be back and I will let all my friends know. I spend so much money there and they just don't give a crap. There was a lady in there during my interaction a.d she made it a point to say it was disgusting the way he treated me. She won't be back either. So rude!!!!
I got bud from the sativa table. Got home to see that it was indica.
The professional man that helped me checked my ID and went to retrieve my order from the back. Walking tall and chatting to a co worker , the girl sits at the next till over and asks if I need help and to see identification. I said I already showed it. Then this chick demands to see it herself. Luckily the man helping me came back and stated I showed identification. This chick still needed reassuring asking him again "so she's good?"
Very bad service and experience with this store particularly. Can't stand when customers are treated bad, I have chronic headaches and issues with insomnia. Grabbed bud that was stale and smelt very sour. I was told by a lady working there was nothing they can do even when no product had been used. I use this for specially for medicinal purposes and now have to wait until next pay day to help with my chronic issues. Definitely never shopping with them again.
