going down hill quick. i have always ordered from home in milton and driven down immediately to the store where id arrive and have my order ready. as of late i order 3x a week minimum and i think in the last month ive had my order ready once. the last couple weeks i order ahead online before the store opens and arrive to pickup my order around lunch to get a new excuse everytime. why bother with an online service if you arent using it! very frustrating as a customer looking to avoid wasting time in the store. theres 2 staff members now 1 guy 1 lady with pink hair that are constant attitude issues. do better or ill be forced to buy my 2ozs a week in milton.
DO NOT COME HERE. Go to The Woods or Moonwalkr as an alternative, with better prices.
Davis should be fired or get some serious customer service training. Shut the door on my face as I respectfully asked a question.
Check my information, I've been a great & loyal customer, gave this branch my business for years. Probably thousands of dollars spent at this location alone. After this experience, I can guarantee I will never give this place my business again, and I will do everything in my power to stop others from coming as well.
If you're going to close 10 minutes before 11pm, you need to state it somewhere. You guys just made this rule up, which is a consumer protection violation for misleading store hours. I've been to other places that have served me up until 11pm, no problem. My theory is that the staff are just lazy and want to close early, so they made this policy up.
I had been feeling unwell for the last few days and went in to see if there were any cannabis related-solutions. There sadly weren't any. But I don't count the trip as a waste as I was treated with the utmost kindness by the stores manager. I didn't catch her name but she was a tall woman with curly black hair. She was very knowledgeable, humble and sincere and I'll be coming back for the service alone.
Braden Was very helpful & knowledgeable with guiding me to a product fitting th description I provided.
