Whose brilliant idea was it to maintain holiday hours all the way through January? I was a loyal customer, but have now switched over to the two other pot stores within a block of value buds. I didn't plan on it, but they are actually open. Way to show your client base how important they are, but sure, I guess if The regional manager hasn't budgeted correctly for staff, that's what happens.
My go-to shop when I'm on this side of the city! They always have some amazing sale going on, and the store is always very tidy and welcoming. The employees are knowledgeable, and patient, as I've seen them put up with some truly unfortunate customers.
They get one star from me; Lucky to get that. Their customer service was one of the Main reasons I went their. I buy two to three vape cards a week there, It was one of the very few stores I did ever use. They where good with returns or replacements based on a faith based system. Completely understandable, Yet tell me you buy A vape Thursday and by Friday it doesn't work dam rights your gonna take it back right? Ok this store originally told me yes come back 100 times if they don`t work, Well lets say I would buy three this week one out of three wasn`t working, and then the Store worker Heather was, Actually one of the more reasonable ones, Starts getting all frustrated with me due to trying to get an replacement for an card she knew she had just gave me yesterday, And here we are Saturday not even 24 hours later and it doesn`t work and she tells me no, replacements, no refunds, No nothing any more for me,,, OK. I spend a 120$ to an 140$ weekly with your store and I bring they product back in every time to show them, it truly isn`t working and or empty for that matter just some crack head trying to get an freebie. No I use what little money I have their each week because Suffer from PTSD, and pot is the only thing that helps, all I have to say lastly is don`t put it out their your store will cover the lost if it truly is a lost if it won`t. I order on line all the time from Spectrum And have had them replace the same order one time 4 times, yes it`s messed up but wh ..
Cute little cannabis shop just west of Carlton and Parliament intersection past the Pet Valu store. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews here as my experience was very pleasant? I already knew what I was looking for but we got to talking and I was recommended some additional products, I ended up grabbing this super cute disposable vape pen for a great price. And also signed up for the loyalty program thing of theirs and will now get points on every visit, which go towards actual $ off my purchase. It's like my own cannabis optimum card, can't wait to keep collecting points because I am the points QUEEN. Haha super happy, thanks Value Buds Cabbagetown!! ðŸ˜
There are many pot store here and value buds is new ( most of the folks here have an exsiting relationship with the wokers). There isnt very good selections and its not part of our community
