Built up a decent amount of points, wanted to get a gift card to purcahse some stuff, and was told "oh this location you can't" . Get with the times, go somewhere you can actually put points towards purchases.
Natalie recently helped me with a purchase and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
After waiting 30 minutes for police to arrive to share my side of the story , I left a second time under my own valitian.
These store employees, who refuse to identify themselves even in a professional work environment( a first name i was sure a requirement for government regulated dispensarys... once they mocked me for wanting a 5 dollar 1 gram joint that only this store of any in the entire county does not have i said I.am leaving a negative review for the service. The male employee ( again refused a first name for my review) follows me outside yelling that I am now BANNED from his store , and I am no longer allowed back under HIS authority. I am not sure who he is or how he thinks this can be upheld. But as a customer and tax paying member of society, I believe I have the right to review services I pay for, and when they arent up to a standard I would have provided if I was still a budtender. This man proceeded to mock me with other customers about the 1 1 gram joint I preferred

I was welcomed in by Kayla and she helped me with choosing on what I was looking for, she was really friendly, funny and just overall a good vibe. Her makeup was super cute on top of it. But overall she had no problem with helping me out, giving me honest reviews on products and beyond expectations. I highly recommend coming here and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Kayla there while you are visiting.
