I had an amazing experience at Queens Borough Cannabis and can confidently say this is one of the best dispensaries around. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Preetam truly stood out with awesome customer service—very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made great recommendations without making me feel rushed at all.
On top of that, all the crew members are incredibly friendly and respectful. You can tell they work well as a team and really care about creating a positive experience for every customer. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection, which makes the whole experience even better.
Overall, Queens Borough Cannabis sets a high standard for customer service. Between Preetam's outstanding support and the friendly crew, this place is definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended!
Had a really positive experience at this shop in Westminster. The manager was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be returning. Cheers
Great selection of products and great service! The manager is super knowledgable and was able to get me exactly what I needed.
This place is the best and has great deals. Showed up quick and the girl that delivered was great! We weren't home when our order arrived, we called the store and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. The girl doing the delivery was awesome. She went out of her way to swing back to make sure we got our order. She was hilarious as well, Tanya hope to see you again! We'll be ordering again for sure!
Wow. I went to this store new to cannabis products, and they were so informative and knowledgeable. I had no idea this industry was so vast! I learned a lot and took home some products they recommended which I ended up loving. I talked to two of their staff and both were so friendly. I enjoyed my experience and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend, especially to those that aren't too familiar with everything the cannabis industry has to offer these days. They know their stuff!
