I was very impressed with the delivery service it was fast and the driver Octave was friendly and found my address no problem. I have had other deliveries from other places have a very difficult time finding my location. I appreciate the attentiveness of the delivery driver will definitely order again! Thank you Dank!!!

Unresolved Payment Issue and Poor Customer Service. I placed a delivery order with Dank Cannabis Okotoks and paid the driver in cash upon arrival, including a tip. I signed on the driver's device, received my product, and everything appeared to be in order. A few days later, I received a call from the store claiming that I had not paid and that I needed to settle the bill. This was extremely concerning, especially because their own website instructs customers to pay cash for all deliveries. If I hadn't paid, I would not have received my order in the first place. After explaining the situation, the staff member told me he would "look into it." I never received any follow-up, clarification, apology, or acknowledgment that the issue was resolved. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was disappointing and stressful.

i always have such an amazing experience in this weed store but tonight just blew it away, Dakota went out of his way to make sure i was getting the best deal for the most bud, he was kind and patient as i looked around and asked to see different things. I always love when weed stores pick the right people to work there:) 100% would recommend this store to everyone with questions about weed and needing someone to be patient and kind to them:)
