Unresolved Payment Issue and Poor Customer Service.
I placed a delivery order with Dank Cannabis Okotoks and paid the driver in cash upon arrival, including a tip. I signed on the driver's device, received my product, and everything appeared to be in order.
A few days later, I received a call from the store claiming that I had not paid and that I needed to settle the bill. This was extremely concerning, especially because their own website instructs customers to pay cash for all deliveries. If I hadn't paid, I would not have received my order in the first place.
After explaining the situation, the staff member told me he would "look into it." I never received any follow-up, clarification, apology, or acknowledgment that the issue was resolved.
The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was disappointing and stressful.
i always have such an amazing experience in this weed store but tonight just blew it away, Dakota went out of his way to make sure i was getting the best deal for the most bud, he was kind and patient as i looked around and asked to see different things. I always love when weed stores pick the right people to work there:) 100% would recommend this store to everyone with questions about weed and needing someone to be patient and kind to them:)
Dank Cannabis is my go-to for a reason! The delivery service is amazing. Placed my order and had it in my hands in under an hour, which is insane. I've been a few times and its always been touch and go onservice quality. price is always higher than local competitors. went today to save time rather than my regular store.
another new employee was there by himself and struggled with the terminal for over t minutes before I gave up.
im not sure sure if I'll go back when other stores are open. truly a lasy resort...
Ordered recently, quick, got to me in under an hour from being in the next town over. Nice delivery guy too, very polite, yes they are a bit more pricey than other shops but overall happy and satisfied with my purchase :3
