I left my ID on the counter, and didn't even know..about an hr later, the employee Jacob gave me a call and I was able to get my ID back. I needed my ID for work the next day, and would have been screwed if Jacob didn't find it and call me. Jacob saved my butt, really excellent guy, can't thank him enough!
Subscriptions to shop at a store now? Oh hell no. Subscription culture is out of control. You need a membership to buy most things at this store.
Edit: Thanks for the information but everything I wanted to buy it was on the "elite" list. I went elsewhere. I don't know why I ever bother coming to these stores, I have not yet been to any Canna Cabana location and had a good experience.
Never a problem with any staff here yet. Less selection than other locations most likely due to the small size of the store.
Yesterday afternoon, I visited your location at 2:50 PM, only to find a sign on the door stating that you were closed, citing that you deserved a break. I strongly believe that businesses should remain operational during advertised hours or consider hiring additional staff to accommodate customer demand. I was not the only customer present at the time. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my patronage. Don't you think that customers deserve access to your products?

She is very rude has an attitude. I am a regular customer here. All other times were good but today it was one of the worst experience. Employee inside she was so rude and had an attitude when she was speaking to me. She has no knowledge of the products and still trying to be over smart.
Please don't destroy the image. All other people employees are so great. This is the only girl always has some problem. 0 customer service. Should value and respect all customers please. We have some expectations when we come to Cana cabana. Probably never coming here.
