An extremely nice pot shop with incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. A huge selection of products and auxiliary items to go with it. It is worth checking out even to see the bud sculpture in their beautiful building.
Horrible experience!!! I haven't visited this dispensary in months, and after a long day of exams I was excited to make a quick stop, until I was met with hostile energy and unwelcomed by the staff. The indian male employee working the counter tonight refused to cash me out even though I came in with minutes left before closing. I knew exactly what I wanted, and there was still time for him to complete the sale. Instead, he was condescending, rude, and dismissive for no reason.
When I asked why he couldn't ring me through, he scoffed and said "too bad," then started raising his voice and telling me to leave. His coworker (white blonde male enployee) also came over and began raising his voice at me instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. This was by far the most upsetting and ghetto experience I've ever experienced at a dispensary. I was in shock by their behaviour.
Both employees showed zero professionalism, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect. No one should be spoken to the way they spoke to me. Completely unacceptable behavior.
walked in and noticed i was being followed by someone. the gentleman working at the cash register around 4:45 pm today helped me out with the product i wanted and helped me get away safely. great product, great employees. endless thank you's to the man who helped me today.
Employees don't know anything about their products or what they sell! If you ask what's good they will say they don't know!
I asked for a nice pack of prerolls that wont disappoint me because I've had countless bad experiences with prerolls. An employee could not help me, so when I asked myself if a preroll was good, they confidently claimed "oh yeah its great ive never heard any complaints" They barely light! They are packed so tight I cant get a single puff off of them! And then when they do light, they canoe half way down the side!
Terrible experience and I won't be coming back here again
