Products are great, as well as most staff EXCEPT the guy with the straggly long curly hair.
My friend was picking up her online order and he asked me for my ID even though I wasn't getting anything, I turned around to go get it anyways and my friend said he laughed and rolled his eyes at me.
The CBS location just lost two customers due to his poor customer service.
Great place! Don't go in there much since it's not in my area but love the place when I do, shout out to Ashton who works there, he's absolutely awesome!
I miss being able to pay for my mobile order online and the women pick it up for me when I get off work, or order her stuff, and pay for it when she is short change while I am at work.
Great staff, great selection, been going here since they opened and haven't had a hitch, they ask for my ID, as do most other dispensaries, and as a responsible, unentitled adult I show them my ID and dont whine about it in a review like some other "adults" keep up the great work guys!
Edit: why is every bad review from an entitled fool? Hope they dont go to the states where everyone gets carded regardless of age. Nothing like a middle age couple whining like toddlers because they dont want to follow the rules. Grow up.
Id give this establishment zero stars but 1 is as low as i can go. Besides the terrible amount of dust accumulating on everything here and its floors that looked as though they hadn't been mopped in the last 6 months; My husband and I went in there to make a purchase and I (40 F) was told I couldn't stay in the store by a smug unkempt questionable female employee. My husband is almost 50… we were obviously old enough to be this kid's parents. The problem apparently was that I did not have my ID on me even though my middle aged ass wasn't even the one making a purchase my husband who produced his ID at almost 50 years old was. Absolutely ridiculous childish absurd power trip behaviour. Never again. A business that conducts such nonsense behaviour doesn't deserve anyone's business. I get the ID thing coming up for even anyone who appears under 30 but this was absolutely ridiculous and the employee appeared to take enjoyment in the power trip that she got from it.
