SUCKS spend 3X on a ride with either a camera or it locked !! what a gong show , this place went downhill fast.
This is a great place but one of the Benifits to having an account with this company is the yearly birthday gift, me and my friends have had 3 birthdays in the past 9 months and you have told all 3 of us that you do not have the birthday gifts in stock, at this point its obvious that you don't care about this aspect of our membership and you are wasting our gas and loyalty to your company in order to save yourself a few dollars, that is unacceptable and is not holding up your side of the agreement all 3 of us are not impressed
Use to be the go to spot, around mid December the store started closing at weird times, with no notice, there was a note a couple of days but google, website everything still says open until 10. Losing a lot of customers closing before 5pm. It's worth spending the extra money elsewhere for good service
As a person whose mode of transportation is walking, especially in the recent cold, I've been very frustrated with the early closings.
This store is the ol reliable, good prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've been coming for a long time. On the 22nd, I arrived to find it closed. Checked the holiday hours on the door, and the day wasn't listed, said it was open online, no notice. Okay, things happen. The next day, we make sure it doesn't happen again and call to make sure, I show up later, abrupt closing at 5. Today, it happened again. Please stop letting me down, my feet are cold. 🥶ðŸ˜
Never open on time,used to be a decent spot but has gone totally downhill.
