The offering of a beverage and snack is a nice touch
Wonderful place, employees are super kind and helpful. They have this board at the front showing a couple deals for they have as well as book menus that help you find whatever youre looking for.
I never post reviews and usually reach out to store management, but Delta 9 doesn't have a corporate email or phone number I am able to find, so here goes.
On Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, my sister overheard an employee say to her coworker, "residential survivors are nasty drug meth addicts." This redhead, over-50s employee was told off by my sister, and our family will not be shopping here while this woman continues her employment.
Every Indigenous person you know has family that are residential school survivors. Our Dad and kookum included. Comments like these are hateful and discriminatory, and have no place in society let alone any business under any circumstances. I am sharing this publicly because it is important that other Indigenous customers and allies know what was said, and that the company understands the seriousness of this incident.
I request that Delta 9 management to take accountability, address this behavior, and ensure staff are properly trained on anti-racism, reconciliation and respect. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If more information is needed by management regarding this incident I encourage you to reach out.
Was not treated very well here, we walked in the store and were asked if we needed help with anything, we said we wearnt sure yet so the lady (older lady with brown hair and piercings) told us we could look at the binder so we did, after a few moments of looking through the menu , my boyfriend asked the same lady about a specific product if they had it in stock, this women then proceeded to walk over to us, open the binder and slammed it on the counter and said very rude "i told you to look in the binder" not only was her tone rude but as a person working in customer service she could of listened to us and what we wanted and just helped us rather than telling us to look through a binder, i will not be shopping here again because the environment does not feel good at all.
