I normally don't leave reviews on Google but what the heck; the service here was top shelf. So I wanted to get my hands on some seeds that I grew last year and was not able to find them on Vancouver Island. The West Kelowna location of Spiritleaf showed online as having them, and I was able to, thanks to efforts of Michael Adams, purchase them online and packaged up to have them shipped via Canada Post right to my door! This was so cool! Way over- and- above service.😊Thanks Michael, and thanks Spiritleaf! I will certainly drop by the store next time I'm in the Okanagan!

I have been supporting this store for many years and almost always have a great experience with the owner and his staff, after all buying cannabis should be a great occasion no matter what. I'm leaving this 2 star review to voice my displeasure over bad customer service with a newer employee. He looks like he didn't want to be there and is doing you a favor by tending the shop. When I'm trying to make a decision on what product to buy especially on something that can't be returned and is not inexpensive I'd like to have all the assistance possible to aid with that. A helpful and positive attitude goes a long way with bringing back repeat customers. Leaving this in the hopes it will help you improve your customer service experience for the future.
