Premium as in premium prices. Extra $6 on a cart I get from my usual place. The associate was nice and helpful but you guys are officially the most expensive shop I have ever visited.
Jaden and Mohammed are such superstars. I know I'm in good hands when I see their familiar faces. I am always stoked to listen to their expert recommendations and find some new favorites. I love the team here! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. 10/10 service. 1000 shining stars to the entire chinook 420 team.

Came in the evening to grab some pre-rolls, I just moved into the area and was looking for my new regular store, I came in and was not greeted, store looked empty until I seen a guy behind the desk on his phone and he annoyingly greeted me not immediate because he was on his phone. I was looking through the options to see what I wanted to order and instead of Mohammed asking me what I wanted he completely ignored me for another man that came in and Mohammed immediately greeted him in a different tone then he greeted me and then proceeded to help and check out the guy who came in after me as I stood there and waited. Mohammed shouldn't be speaking to any females the way he did, maybe he needs better customer service training. I felt as if he preferred to serve a man before a female. If that's how four 20 wants to be represented I'll take my business elsewhere.
