Phenomenal staff and easy viewing. Seriously, my new favorite person is my budtender here, she's a great person to get suggestions from.
Purchased a disposable vape that just stopped working within a week. Took it back to the store during the week midweek and got no satisfaction as if it was my issue. Took it back today to different person in store who gladly replaced it. It's a happy resolution but shouldn't have had to go to the store twice.
Tried to phone to call to buy a gift card as I'm from Ontario but after ten minutes in an auto call system I was disconnected.
Every time I come here, there's a sign in the window 'back in 5'. The person working always seems stoned and isn't really able to provide recommendations. Better off walking up 29th St to the other weed shop, at least they're friendly there and actually want to sell you stuff. I've been waiting 3 minutes outside already, we'll see if there's anyone working in the next 2 min.
Update: I read the last review so here is some info for management: as the posting will show, it is September 29th and it is now 7:26pm. I have been waiting for 6 minutes. Another customer has shown up and left already, so you are about to have lost 2 sales while your staff is doing whatever they please.
After 10 minutes, a girl came to unlock the door, I asked her what was on sale and she recommended some of the more expensive products. I told her I want to know the price but she still didn't recommend anything cheaper. I asked for aenu she said use the iPad so I did, found something at the price I was looking for but the product she pulled was a different price, she said there is indica or sativa but what I picked from the menu was a hybrid. She insisted they didn't have it even though the iPad said there is 5 in stock, so after a total of 20 minutes, I left without buying anything. I won't be back, even if it's on my way, which is the only reason I tried to stop in today.
Generally they are fine. But this is the 4th time i've shown up with a sign that says be back soon. I've waited between 20 and 40 min. At least state when you will be back so I can decide if waiting is worth my time. I don't have a car so this is a huge inconvenience and the only one close to me.
