Shaylene's customer service was absolutely incredible. She's the perfect person that is needed behind the counter. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very welcoming.
We understand it's a cannabis store but your manager should be more professional and quit smoking before her shift. It reflects on her attitude towards the customers.
Very friendly staff for the most part. I choose to go past a couple other spots to come out to this location. Want to make mention of Myron, hes always super happy to help out and his recommendations have never let me down.
I usually shop at the South Common location, but I happened to be in the west end. I stopped in at Terra Losa and I just had to leave another review to give Shaylene her flowers! She was very helpful, gave lots of great recommendations, and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I was happy to catch her at this location as well :). Another great experience at PL, as always!
Hey, Marcus,S here with a global announcement i am a customer that had an amazing time at plant life last night my local dispensary reason being there's awesome people that work there, real good down to earth people in general but one person individual stood out for me had to say that sets her apart from here team is Kennedy. she assisted me in an intelligent manner which saved me time and also enhanced my experience she gave me some amazing advice with marijuana and how to respect the plant, really appreciated it.
