Place is great. Need another staff member during the evening though. One person isn't enough.
Horrible experience and service. Never coming back this place has gone disgusting downhill. The guy with the huge beard and big scarf is a weirdo same with the old woman who works beside him. Absolutely no customer service. 1/10. Go to 34th street instead. Cheaper and better service anyway
I spend thousands here by the way, and won't give you another dollar again.
So they say this store does delivery and it does not. They are lying. If you go to their website it doesnt let you order for delivery.
They prefer a different clientele. You can be as cordial as you want if you don't look the way they want you won't get the same service.
Usually this location is awesome. Lately, since they have done a new hire, it's gone downhill. Went there this morning when they're supposed to be open at 9am. It's now 9:30 and they're still not open. The new employees are useless and lazy. They never wanna go to the back to get your items. I'll never go back to this location again. Waste of my time!
