It was my wives birthday and she wanted to stop here and grab some treats for a birthday. When we arrived she checked what she wanted and off to the counter to purchase our items we went. She was rudely questioned by staff member kyle. He basically interrogated her and told her that her I.d expired today and that she needs another piece of I.d she said OK thats fine I have my passport. But it isnt expired it expires tonight so he got snappy with me when I made him aware of that and refused to allow us to buy any products. Thank you for starting my wifes birthday like this. Big boy Kyle having a power trip move for no reason. So strong.

I didn't realize working as a cashier at vaulebuds meant you had absolutely zero common sense or basic social skills. Power tripping over the smallest things, time to train your staff better or risk losing an entire customer base. I wont return to this store.

Always have a problem when I take the time to say "goodbye" to somebody or "thank you so much. Have a great day "and there is no response, I mean, who even does that? I wouldn't be able to not respond to somebody that came directly in my face to say hello or goodbye or something of that nature, especially from a paid employee who couldn't be bothered to say "Caio "or "Cheers" at least ,maybe some social skills could be a good thing to add to some training, Nov9/25 5-5;30 pm, also, I've been coming to this location for a long time never seen these two employees before.

First time at this location and will be our last !! Got there just after 10 ish on November 6,2025 .The young guy that served my boyfriend and I was not pleasant at all !! We were inquiring about the various options of the pearl gummies which is our fave! He never asked us what flavours we may like or even asked about strength options that we may prefer , just went to the back and got the 4 containers of the pearls ( 5 pack ) all the same and was just seemed like he was annoyed to have to serve anyone even though we were the only ones in the store lol ( not laughing !) We've been at several around Edmonton and Sherwood Park and experiences have been great ! This one sucks because of an employee with a bad additude!

I had the absolute worst experience here, the employes where so roud and yelled at me well I was on the phone with my husband. I have never been traded so poorly in my life. I'm NEVER going back there again!
