Excellent customer service! I love all the recommendations they give!! Even though I don't know anything about different strains and such I always leave with something good :D
The manager at this store or what ever she identifies as. Has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, highly recommend you go to any other stores like plant life that have five out of five customer service rating.
I will never return to this Value buds location as the manager is literally the worst customer service I've ever seen.
Excellent selection and best prices in Airdrie. Staff is knowledgeable. Store manager answered all my questions and gave great customer service along with her staff who were also on point. Excellent experience and will go back again and again.
Prices are great but the workers dont seem to know much. When you ask for help on what has high terps u are told they are not sure kinda weird to not know your stuff
Asked for a recommendation in indica disposable and got a whole list of all of their products. And was told "those are my options choose one." Also the girl looked visibly annoyed that I asked her for
recommendation.
