I came in looking for a specific product, which was unavailable (this is fine and not influencing my review as it has been very hard to find anywhere in the city). When I asked about similar alternatives, and was met with a blank stare and no response. To try and find an alternative, I explained that I get anxiety from some cannabis products and the specific type of product I was looking for. This again was met with a blank stare and no response.
Feeling uncomfortable asking anything further, I eventually just purchased a random product. The entire experience was unwelcoming and disappointing.
Great customer service overall the management as well as the manager has done a great job of showing me the right products every time I come in. Another employee named Matthew is very kind always greeting me when I come in at highly reckon this establishment
Avoid. Far better cannabis places in the city, like the Canna Cabana down the road.
I used to come here about twice a week. I gave the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but stopped coming here once there was some kind of issue every single time I came in.
1. Unlike other value buds, they do not indicate if there are stimulants in their edibles. When I brought this up, as I cannot metabolize caffeine and could not figure out why I was not sleeping, it was "we tell regulars that buy the products". Lazy. I was a regular, never was told.
2. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I came in and bought a few items. I notice my total was higher than it should have been. I brought this up to the person who rang me in, and they confirmed it was correct. I left, then came back because I knew there had been a mistake. I asked for the receipt to be printed, as I was not offered one, and of course, I was charged $10 extra. No apology, of course!
3. I loved the versus drinks. I asked which are indica, because I went to a different value and they had (H) (I) (S) written by the flavours. I was told they are all sativa. This was incorrect. How do I know the products better than your staff? I followed up and asked if the guava one was indica, the staff doubled down and again said they were all sativa.
4. I asked about a promotion that was being run. " I have no idea about that, sorry ". Awesome.
This is a handful of issues I have had here. I won't waste my time listin ..
This location USED to be my go-to, but about a year ago the staff got cut and since then people working there have been ride and miserable. Yesterday I was interested in a couple of products I was unfamiliar with, and my questions were met with the Gen Z stare and a literal eyeroll. Gurl, please. Learn some damn manners.
Need to get better suppliers and employees need to know about the products they are selling, they keep recommending garbage. Bought flower here and it was like smoking a chemically flavored vape. At the least get suppliers that don't tamper with the buds by adding artificial chemicals for flavor. I definitely won't go back here.
