The store and brand takes zero responsibility for the products they sell, defective or not. They will tell you to keep your receipt if anything is wrong and they will exchange the product but this is not true. They will actually tell you to reach out to the manufacturer yourself and wash their hands of it completely. In my case I did reach out to the manufacturer and provided canna cabana the manufacturer response that the retailer is responsible for replacing product to consumers not the manufacturer. The retail store is the one to deal with the manufacturer. If you want a store that will back the product they sell just head up the road to one of three competitors
Honestly the attitude of the staff here SUCKS. I understand that they got rid of the book a while ago, but I have never felt more unwelcome to buy a product than anytime I come here. I asked if they had the book still because every other location still has one in the back or at least show somewhat of an interest in helping the customer, I got scoffed at and told in an annoyed tone "it's all on the computer". It's really easy to at least pretend to be interested in your job, I'm not sure why it seems to be such a huge issue for this location specifically
This location wasted my time twice, and I had a really bad experience at the west location as well. I recommend people visit Value Buds that's near by or other local shops like Crown Cannabis.

I just purchased a product from this store tonight! I did not take my receipt as I didn't think I would need it. I then drove 2 minutes to my house opened the product and it was empty!!! I have never had this happen before! I drove the 2 minutes back to the store, and they wouldn't refund me or replace it as I didn't have a receipt. I told the guy at the counter that he can take the receipt out of the garbage he put it in 2 minutes prior, he said he couldn't, I asked for management information, he said he wouldn't. This is unacceptable. He didn't even do his job and ID me. So heads up open your product before you leave the store or you will GET NOTHING, or NO MONEY BACK!!
