they wont sell you their product unless you pay for elite membership. This is the only cannabis store that does this. Complete garbage

I used to like coming here to talk with the staff, but now it's all new staff and the girl working yesterday was extremely ignorant and it was uncalled for. It's worth it to travel further to go to another store for better service. I would avoid here at all cost.

"I didn't enjoy my shopping experience here — not because of the staff (they were excellent) but because of the prices and product selection. The prices are significantly higher compared to other dispensaries I've visited across Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Vancouver, and here in Alberta. On average, the same products cost $5–$7 less elsewhere. On top of that, the pre-roll selection is very limited, which is disappointing for regular customers. Requiring a $3 membership just to access prices that are already standard at other dispensaries feels unreasonable. This may be a business decision, but as a customer, I believe competitive pricing and a wider selection would make for a much better experience."

Apparently they help whoever they want, doesn't matter if your first or not. They don't have much of a display and the lady who is working is alone and hides her name tag, not showing it. Says her name is Emma. Worst experience I've ever had at a Canaan cabana and won't be coming back here. Rather travel across the city then come back here.
