Looking at the recent reviews I was honestly shocked at all the recent good ratings, until I noticed almost all of them were specifically complimenting Garrett. He was awesome for sure, but I think he's gone now as he told me he was interviewing elsewhere.
I used to be this location's top customer. Yesterday I was refused service for "yelling" while I was outside of the store showing my ID to the camera, trying to comply with the staff's request, but I could hardly hear him. He seemed to be telling me to keep moving my ID closer but it was nearly touching the camera; I was frustrated and assumed the communication gap was a 2-way issue, so I raised my voice. He said something about having to wait, so I did, silently and with ID still in hand. He came to the door, opened it a crack, and then apparently mumbled that he was refusing service and instantly closed the door again. I say apparently because again, neither my husband or I could understand what was mumbled. I literally waited for a customer to leave to enter the store so I could understand what even happened as I was literally just trying to do as he asked. The two staff that were out front just repeatedly told me they had the right to refuse me service and even threatened to call the cops on me if I wouldn't leave.
Again. I am not only a regular customer at this specific store, I am a top customer in terms of $ spent. I am not saying this because I think I deserve special treatment, I'm stating this because ..
Incredible location, every single staff member is awesome and if the owner reads this they all deserve raises. I am a regular customer at this place and have never once been disappointed by the staff, sure product may be out of stock or it may be busy sometimes but the staff cannot control any of those things and have always been friendly and respectful to me.

Usually have a good experience here, not today. Whoever was working the til today at 615 pm
(male) should do some customer service training and treat their customers with a little respect. Will not be back here.
