Not sure if that's a legit business running there? Thought the two guys working were on some heavier stuff than they sell there. Had products picked out and ready to pay for and then asked if I was an elite member to which I replied, yes. Both employees then just took off to the floor to talk to couple that walked in and never did the transaction. Don't think the staff have any incentive to do anything unless they can make a commission from selling memberships?

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but after the way Sam took care of things last night at the Canna Cabana Varsity location, I felt this needed to be said.
The young man working with her is still getting used to those night shifts — nothing wrong with him, he just needs a bit more experience. But Sam? She held the evening together with real strength and professionalism.
Her attitude stayed calm and respectful the whole time. A few of us came in late looking for products, and she never rushed us or made anyone feel like we were a bother. She made sure we got exactly what we needed, explained things clearly, and kept a good, grounded vibe in the store.
What stood out most was that even after her shift should've ended, she stayed a little longer to help finish serving those last customers so no one walked out feeling brushed off. That kind of dedication is rare, and it speaks to who she is.
Sam works with knowledge, kindness, and genuine heart. Because of her, I'll definitely be returning to this location.

I had such a great experience with Sam your newer hire Their service was amazing — super friendly, helpful, and made my visit genuinely enjoyable. You can tell they're still getting a bit more training on the till, but that's completely understandable and didn't take away from how great the experience was. Their recommendation was absolutely spot on, and I'm so happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be returning in the near future and hope to see Sam again — they're doing an awesome job.
prices are cheap, really nice staff. had one girl help me specifically - jordie? I think? seemed understaffed maybe but she was really on it - really sweet and was impressed with her knowledge - loved her recommendations :) anyways will be back ! thx
