I visit this location specifically for Bonnie. She is wonderful and welcoming, and she knows the products. I always take her recommendations.
EDIT: I'm heartbroken, Bonnie has moved to another location. I wish bigger and better things for her, but I'm going to miss her.

Unfortunately, after using the cartridge, I noticed a strong smell resembling burnt plastic, indicating a potential defect. I understand that I do not have the original packaging or receipt, but I purchased the item under my account, and I can provide a bank statement as proof of purchase.
While I appreciate your team confirming that something is wrong with the cartridge, I was disappointed to learn that my request for a replacement was denied due to the absence of the original receipt and packaging even if its smells like a plastic.
I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision, as I believe the circumstances warrant a replacement or refund based on the defective nature of the product. I value your store and hope we can resolve this matter amicably.
