Amazing customer service felt like I was visiting a friend that cared about me!
In this day and age of fast paced, push customers through, self checkout I was caught feeling emotional about my experience at this Canna Cabana on Ellerslie. I visited at 9:51pm on Friday Jan 2, 2026 and was greeting and served by the most lovely person. When I tell you I walked out of there feeling like I had a new friend I am not exaggerating. She cared about my experience in the store and I felt like she cared about my money too. I felt so respected, seen, heard and validated. Amazing definitely will be back!
Its a friendly staff, good price, wide selection cannabis store.
Smaller store, less displays but the stock is there and the bud tenders are knowledgeable!
Went to cana cabana they get rid of the paper menu, now the clients have to deal with 1 screen to order and on top of that the screen didn't work properly. Bring back the paper menu or put your stuff on display instead to play with a screen.(by the way just 1 machine).
I will not go back there with no paper menu. I like the the menu better

The budtender was clearly in distress, and was working alone. After asked if they were good, they proceed to explain how bad the working conditions are and how horrible corporate treats their workers. This makes me second guess as to where I will allocate my services. Cheap flower is cool, but I do not support industry giants that belittle the people who are selling the product. Corporate and top mgt, please do better.
This place has been going downhill for years. The higher ups are so insanely disconnected with their customer base it is baffling. Every few months there is some new change that makes no sense and just makes your experience less enjoyable. Today I walked in and found out they have REMOVED THE PAPER MENUS entirely which was the only reasonable way to see their inventory. Now if you would like to see everything they have in stock you need to use an electronic kiosk (which there is only 1 of in the store so have fun when it's busy). Overall this company has really left customer service in the dust in favour of cutting costs wherever possible, and it's disappointing because I have been shopping here for a long time.
