Do you like being able to read a menu to see what you're about to buy when you go into a cannabis store? Sure. We all do. Well then, DO NOT COME HERE. With no tangible menu to read. People wander aimlessly about the store. While the clerks have to chase everyone around, answering everyone's questions. Such as, " Do you have ? " Which takes them away from the till. Which in turn slows down the whole process. Making this a consumer nightmare. Not to mention they're discriminatory "elite" club, which I will have to get into in another review. Anyway High Tide executives in head office, need to give their heads a shake. Instead of always finding ways to make the consumer spend more money. Why not help the consumer, feel like they had a good experience? And get more revenue by repeat customers. Just a thought. Grow your own.
Just recently found this little gem , prior I was heading all the way to West Ed Mall .... which let's be honest NOBODY wants to be stuck going to the mall for just one store lol.
Anyway the night I came in the poor clerks who served me definitely had thier hands full, I asked many questions 😅.
They were amazing tho and helped me register for an Elite account ( totally worth it ) and made my experience shopping there absolutely fabulous 👌.
They were even kind enough to give me a small birthday bag due to my birthday being December 24th.
Sadly I had other shopping to do and had to leave behind a few important products.... I immediately went back the next day though because some of the prices are almost unbelievable, like to good to be true lol.
So a huge THANKS to Canna Cabana , I truly am grateful to have found this store and look forward to many more visits 😊
I recently visited this Canna Cabana; let me start by saying I was served by an employee named Fayte. As soon as I walked in, she approached me with a poor attitude. I was in the process of getting my ID out, and instead of greeting me politely, she said "ID" in an annoyed tone. She could have said, "Hi there, how are you? Can I see some ID?" Instead, she seemed rushed to get me out of the store.
While I was looking at the Elite products, she asked me three times if I was an Elite member. The first time, I said "yes," but she asked again and once more. It came off as if she was shocked that I, an Indigenous woman, wanted to buy Elite products and could afford a membership. It felt very ignorant.
At checkout, I used my brother's elite membership as I don't smoke. He was sitting outside for personal reasons (usually he comes in). The total was $96.22 for three vapes. I wasn't aware of the policy that only a partner or yourself can use your membership—not family members—unless they are present. I have used it before with my brother present at other Canna Cabanas (I pay, and talk for him, as he experiences social anxiety, while he just stands next to me, and shows ID). I would have appreciated being told politely. She could have said, "I'm sorry, I can't do this. Here's what I can do: is he with you? If not, maybe you can look at other options that aren't on his account." So I left, and I let her know she was being difficult n I will take my business elsewhere.

Service from the staff here has been bar none. I managed to go in, get help in deciding on a new battery *and* a couple carts, and back out the door by the time my next bus was going by. Come see them if your in the region!
I purchased recently a Good Supply 2 gm Peach Bum Vape and learned that it was defective. I called the staff at the store, and shared the details of the defective product. I brought the product in and they refunded me and I purchased the same product once again at the same discount price, as a Member! I highly recommend to my Family and friends to come to Canna Cabana and find a variety of Cannabis products to fill your needs/wants and be treated as a VIP Customer.
