Prices are great and most staff is good but there's one guy that works there that is just MISERABLE everytime I go in , I went and asked about vapes ( I'm fairly new to the vape pens ) and he was just straight up rude about my questions and this is not the first time. Understandably people have crappy days , we're all human but you'd think he'd have at least ONE good day . Anyways I still give 3 stars because the prices are amazing and the other staff is FANTASTIC , but the short guy with shoulder length blonde hair is super duper rude
Never had any problems until today. . If the person working doesn't want to be there, he should maybe take the day off instead of being SO resentful as to make a customer feel uncomfortable.
Best Prices in Camrose. Nice Atmosphere, All Product is Visible and laid out. Staff will help you walk around and show you items and explain anything you ask about. Great place to check out.
For context i was the only client in the store as someone walked out as I walked in; Was out of town passing thru to grab some pre rolls and received some of the worst service to date. It was as thou I was inconveniencing him when I walked in, no hello, welcome or otherwise. So I approached the counter and he was in his phone and still no acknowledgment, so I addressed him asking for my product. Then he proceeded to ask for my phone #, says to me" oh I don't have that here"…. Last minute I asked for a lighter so he just grabbed one a proceeded to run it all thru, not once offering your member pricing, or even how to go abt it.
No total repeated back to me just a point to the machine to pay. No customer service during the entire interaction. Do better!!
Great prices and friendly staff. The elite membership is worth it! Chase is great!
