Edit: Perfect response from the owner being condescending and putting down potential customs once again. If you're going to ask "how old are you", you should probably look in the mirror while rehearsing your replies. My review isn't based upon the firing of the employee, that was fully within your legal right. My review is based solely on how you respond to people and put down local business. Another reason not to support this store and owner! Orginal: I won't be supporting a business that has an owner acting the way this one is. Putting down local competition that is veteran owned and the orginal cannabis shop, putting down past employees and even going as far as putting down customers. Really, you thought it would be a good idea to state someone doesn't have a real job because they're posting at 3am? Ridiculous and looking forward to seeing the "inventory blowout" sign after destroying your reputation. I also won't be supporting the Drayton Valley store anymore.

As with everyone in the comments, they fired the best worker based on looks. They want "the best" looking girls to try to "sell more". That's not how it's supposed to be. The owner of the store. Very racist, extremely rude. I would never want a business run by someone like him. I will never be back. Like everyone said. The owners at the other place are wonderful! So sweet and the prices are WAY better!!

Thought I'd check out these reviews and to be honest I'm pretty surprised the owner bashes the other store in town. They are wonderful people and always remember you and are up for a nice chat. I've been in this store quite a few times had the pleasure of dealing with the girl that was let go. She was very pleasant to deal with. Other than that, it's between her and the owners of f and l. One of the first things we learn in business is never bash the competition as it only makes you look bad. In this case that is exactly what it does. Take responsibility for your own stuff without talking bad about your competition. Neither my wife nor I will return.

I used to go to F&L but I can't support a business that puts down the other shop in town or publicly bash and name drops past employees. It doesn't reflect well. I honestly don't care what happened between the store and the employee But to publicly name that employee is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. You're supposed to hold yourself to higher standards when you own a business.

Not the most welcoming staff. Small selection. Meh UPDATE: since the owner decided to say my review was wrong.😑 unless you've fired the individual who was unwelcoming in the last 2 hours then I stand by my review. Very professional of you. Bravo
