Unprofessional staff and an extremely disrespectful owner I parked in the clearly marked **customer parking** behind the store because I was going in to shop at *their* store. The moment I stepped out of my car, the landlord/owner drove up aggressively and told us we had to move. I was confused because I was literally parked in Glenora's customer parking and that's exactly where I was headed. Before I could even explain, he cut me off, raised his voice, and said he would **immediately get our car towed**—right there on the spot. This was completely unnecessary and hostile. We still chose to move our car out of respect, but when I came back to calmly explain that he could've just spoken to us properly, he became even ruder. To make things worse, when I went inside to purchase something, I was **refused service for absolutely no valid reason**. I was treated with open hostility from the start, and the whole interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the way we were spoken to and dismissed felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I've never experienced treatment like this at any business. I simply tried to shop here and was met with disrespect, aggression, threats to tow my car, and a refusal to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a business in this community.

My partner and I have been coming here for a while now, it is undoubtedly the best dispensary in the city. Their selection is great, and their staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Dalton made us feel like regulars after our second visit, he knew what we liked and had suggestions if they were out of stock. He has always taken the time to explain what he's selling and how it can affect you, making for a really easy shopping experience as a relatively new weed enjoyer. We look forward to coming back again!

Glenora cannabis has been my go to store for a while now. While the prices aren't the absolute cheapest in the city the great customer service I've gotten here makes it well worth it. I don't think staff anywhere has ever remembered me and my name like this place has and it makes it the shopping experience top tier. It's especially great because my name on my account does not match my ID but I've never once had it mentioned or had anyone there slipped up. I hope get to keep shopping here for years to come
