Staff and management at Giving and receiving are friendly, knowledgeable, and totally helpful. I had an issue with a product that clearly wasnt their fault, but they were more than accommodating. And even if thst never happened I know I can walk in and have any of my dumb questions answered with a friendly smile.
I was reminded recently after a bad encounter at a different store.

Been going here for half a decade and the staff here always has amazing recommendations, ESPECIALLY the dude in the green beanie with the ear flaps, best accessories in the city as well !!!🤞ðŸ˜
They have the biggest selection and those guys are very knowledgeable and friendly! Have been to every other store in town and this is my #1 choice

I'm a regular at Giving and Receiving in Medicine Hat, and this place always delivers. The vibe is super relaxed, and the team is awesome. Last time, the guy with glasses spent a solid 10–15 minutes with me going over different strains and options really knew his stuff and made the experience even better.
