Amazing customer service, the staffs name was Tyla. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I felt comfortable asking questions. Very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable.

I'm a regular here and usually have a great experience, but my visit with Tyla was incredibly frustrating. She checked my ID twice, asked if I had an account twice, and kept questioning if I actually wanted the product I had already picked out. Then she even had to ask if my battery was still good after I'd already confirmed everything. It felt like she wasn't present or was intentionally being difficult. I just wanted a simple transaction, but this was a total lack of competence.
i don't usually write reviews but this was my first dispensary experience, i wanted to get some christmas gifts and had no idea what i was looking for. alex was super patient and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations according to my budget. i would definitely recommend this location, thank you alex!!
The shopping experience provided by Brie and the team is second to none at this location, even offering customizable holiday gift boxes. It's like shopping at your best friend's house with warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff offering a wide selection. Highly recommend A++!
