... I'm old-school enough that I hate that I have to officially attach my name to a cannabis.... But it can no longer go unmentioned... THE STAFF HERE ARE UNREAL. All staff, everywhere should take this locations example. ANY TIME I HAVE QUESTIONS ... They inform me of a plethora of more things I had no idea about! Nicole is a legend. Give her a raise. Give her more hours. She got me onto concentrates and drinks - been a "flower" smoker my whole life. Thank you for opening my eyes to the greatness of concentrates. I go out of my way to attend this location because I appreciate the service here... On average.. I DO NOT like people - they make me not hate humans... I think that's a win. Keep on, keeping on. See you so soon.

I really appreciate the way that Fire & Flower employees treat me, they are very nice at Jackson Heights location. I often order online and pickup at store. They do have delivery too tho! The awesome inventory has been a great reason to keep going back.
