Great experience ordering from this store! Big shoutout to Nicole who packed my order — they added a free rolling paper as a gift along with some really cool stickers. Didn't expect the extras, but it honestly made my day. Everything was packed nicely and handled with care. Little touches like this really show great customer service. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Proud customer of 7 to 8 years. I am very shocked to have received nothing but discrimination at this place I'm honestly starting to think it's because I'm native that they won't serve me something happened on Canada Day July 1 then I come back almost half a year later and these people are still refusing me service for no reason I'm not being verbally insulting or rude in any way whatsoever they are using my email to discriminate me not letting me use my spark points and treating me very rudely along with my girlfriend as well as soon as they ask for the email for the account, they refuse service for no reason ,I think this is very wrong of the employees to do. There's no reason to be treating your customers so rudely for no reason, it is once again the manager and the workers Who are reserving refusing service because of The colour of my skin there is no other reason to not serve me. I have been good to fire and flower for very many years and I've given thousands of dollars to them for products.! I have never received this type of behaviour before from any store whatsoever Management needs to be contacted or next time I walk in it's gonna be with the lawyer. I already have voice recordings and videos.
First and foremost, I'm a very loyal customer a very many years, and I have given lots of my money to fire and flower I unfortunately keep receiving discrimination from a manager named BRIGHTON for no reason he keeps refusing me service. Without reason I'm starting to feel like he's discriminating me because im Native there's no other reason, but my skin colour for him to not want to serve me. It is very unfortunate being that we live in a multicultural city with lots of different people on treaty 6 land natives shouldnt be treated this way I think one of the reasons why they are upset at me is because I try to do a price match to High Buddy a few months back and they don't like that. Because it makes their job harder I'm trying to save money that's all .. I had an employee scream at me in front of another customer on Canada Day Because I was trying to do an exchange On a product and the hockey game was on. She was trying to watch it. She said to me "shouldn't you be home watching the hockey game" rudely .. which was almost half a year ago, The lady who did that to me has red hair and definitely suffers from some mental health issues she couldn't hold her composure whatsoever. She started freaking out like a toddler, throwing a tantrum. and my gf yesterday was refused service for no reason she was treated well until they asked for our account info when she gave them the email. They store their shatter and concentrates in a cold fridge! I haven't seen this anywhere and all stores should do this but they don't and that's why I'll keep coming here! Thanks guys
