Staff is great, way better than other weed outlets. Prices better too. No wonder they're always so busy unlike the others but I guess that just shows how good they are compared to them.
Special shoutout to Carter — solid dude! Had an amazing customer experience today. Super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely will be back!

I wanted to share some quick feedback after my visit today. Your staff are great—friendly, helpful, and professional—so this is absolutely not about them.
However, the lack of a clear line system in your store creates confusion and frustration for customers. I was waiting behind someone at the counter today, and when they finished, I stepped up—only to have someone else claim others were ahead of me, even though those people were browsing nearby.
To avoid this kind of chaos, I strongly suggest setting up a couple of clearly marked lines for checkout. It would make things smoother for everyone and prevent uncomfortable misunderstandings.
