Just showed up at 11AM on a Sunday, they aren't even open. Says they are open 10-11 everyday but the product isn't even in the display cases so nobody has been in today and it's an hour after they are supposed to open. Very dissatisfied with this I don't know how any respectable business can list hours and not be open during those hours.

This location has one of the best customer services representatives, and one of the staff that stands out to me is Steph amazing lady, She consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to customer concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently, often receiving praise from other customers for her helpful and friendly demeanour.

Bought some pre-rolls from here and was unable to smoke them due to the joints being very poor quality. Upon calling the store trying to get an exchange or refund they told me I would have to call the supplier directly which is very inconvenient. Then I left a review and they told me to contact them when I did the gave me the same answer again. I would not recommend anyone go to the store and buy anything because you never know what you're going to get when you open up your package and you will be unable to exchange or refund

Came here to get weed and right when I pulled in this tall male employee shut and locked the door and I asked are you closed and he said no I have to eat and locked the door and ignored me as I said I drove 30 minutes… it would of taken 5 minutes to serve me if that and you could of kept the closed sign on the door as you knew I drove thirty minutes out of town. Bad customer service.
