We are regulars of Kiaro. Even though they are not the closest dispensary to our home, we make the trip as the customer service and selection are top tier. Received service from Sharoyl today who was very knowledgeable and personable. She helped me put together a wonderful collection of goodies for a gift for my husband who has an autoimmune condition, thank you so much!
Hey there to anyone interested or wondering how it is or what to expect at Kiaro's, tonight around 6pm I looked up Cannabis Dispensaries in Tri-Cities area and many choices.. though my choice was Kiaro's!! First step was to view their website which gives you sooo many options and selections, secondly I got there phone number and called immediately. After about 3 rings a polite woman answered and was very attentive to my questions & got directly to the point taking only a few minutes to take care of me answering all my questions. Letting me know that they're open until 11:00pm, she will be there if I can make it. Remember this was my very first interaction with Kiaro's, what do you know I made it to there Port Moody location by 9:30pm tonight. Never been there before and I walk in and to my surprise it's bussin with employees and customers...all communicating and helping one another. Again within a few minutes I was greeted by an employee, helping me out and answering all my questions with knowledge and experience. By the way her name is Kaitlynn... imagine this I viewed there website prior to going to there location, once there it literally was 10 minutes until I purchased exactly what I came for... heading home with my medicine Happy Happy. Best place ever, I came in right before closing higher than a kite from a rave. I was so nervous cause I was twitching and acting a fool.

Sharoyl and Michael at the front were very very helpful today. The staff here are very knowledgeable if you ever need recommendations. No wonder they won top dispensary in Port Moody.
I did not know they do free deliveries for orders over $25 bucks! Will be using this more often on rainy days.
