Good store. Friendly staff. I also like the cute dog that greeted me at the door.
The best shop truly. This is our go too. This team of bud tenders and their Owner truly understands strains, taking their time with you, making you feel comfortable by answering all questions and making sure you go home feeling good. They are such a beautiful bunch of souls and love servicing you if need advice, a chat or just to exchange a vibe.. Always going above and beyond. Thanks so much guys!
Such an awesome store! It's so fresh and inviting. Awesome selection, the owner is an amazing human being, and the bud tenders are dope ;) :) So grateful Rockwood has this awesome pot shop. I cant say enough good things about it!! CHILL VIBES. Much Love.
There are much better shops in guelph. I was a customer for a while until I got an all in one disposable vape which didn't work right out of the package. I brought it back within minutes of it not working, trying to get it replaced or my money back. I got the run around from the owner after stopping by numerous times with no results. Don't get me wrong, the workers are great. Its not their fault that the owner wouldn't just replace it or give me a refund. This all could have been easily avoided. But nooo. All over 40$. So I've taken my business elsewhere
Owner is mouthy and insulting.
Advertising on a Facebook page and belittling me for having a different opinion.
Name calling and public put downs should not be allowed for a business owner!!
Needs to learn about how to talk to the public!
Would not recommend buying anything from these people.

This person assumes that I am not a client of theirs with no proof whatsoever, maybe i am a long time customer that is fully aware of who these people are?
I 100% stand by my honest review and have no desire to shop at this store any longer due to the owners mouthy behavior.
Everyone is entitled to having a different opinion without being verbally attacked by a business owner.
Unfortunately she is trying to discredit my honest opinion as well, a bully tactic.
