Beware of the staff. Some are very rude. Older white guy with facial hair who works there parked outside of lcbo at 9am (when they're not open) staring at me when going to the store and also following me around the parking lot. Creepy dude.
I don't know why but the girl with blonde curly hair who is working today, gives me the worst attitude when I come in. Nobody else at this location gives me an issue except for this girl. I don't know if I gave her a wrong look one day; but ever since I've been coming to this location - this girl has nothing but sass to give when dealing with customers. Today, I idled my car with people inside it along the front of the store because the parking lot is unsalted and I refuse to slip. Before I even said hello, she tried to educate me on where to park and even informed me that people speed. First off, I've been alive longer than she's been working at this place, so please don't try to tell me people speed in a parking I've been to a million times. Second, she tossed my product and the debit machine at me so rudely because I didn't want to hear her say where I can park. And it's been this way every single time she works. I even avoid this location now because I don't want to put up her "bad day" and being on the receiving end of her poor customer service. I've always parked/ idled along the side of the store and if the parking lot was salted, I wouldn't be writing this review about this certain bud tender. Everyone else is SO NICE and never gives me an attitude such as tossing product, the debit machine and sighing when I give her my phone number. Never again will I visit when she works.
Customer service, and friendliness seem to be priority ONE! I always feel like I can ask anything I want, and Daniel was no exception. I recommend this location.

Great place, awesome staff and almost always has my brand in stock and when not, they have solid substitutions. Sydney helped me today, prompt and courteous. Overall,... I'd rate my trip a 10/10.
