Had a great turn around experience here. I absolutely love coming to this store THEY HAVE SOOOO MUCH VARIETY. Noah & the gentle man who sits up at the front with the iPad who scans IDs. Both are absolute sweethearts, they are so helpful and kind. I always feel so warm and welcomed by them both and Noah always helps me find amazing products.. these 2 both deserve a raise and a higher position. Unfortunately I've had some issues with the Asian lady who works here both me and my husband had issues with her in the past week. Her attitude towards customers is absolutely awful and unacceptable. I got really mad today when my husband came out furious because of how she spoke to him and treated him.
I finally called in to complain as we do and have started coming in here frequently now since the products and service from Noah is outstanding.
I am not one who likes to leave bad reviews or complain about others, me owning my own business and working in the customer service industry I know how difficult it is. But her whole attitude is not related to this, it's just her personality herself. I called in to speak to the owner and complain, she was definitely panicking when I spoke to her and said I've definitely had enough of her attitude. She gave me the owners number right away. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that pay for promotions and take shortcuts, and supporting the brands that take the time to do it right. 67 Sins. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. There's a female employee at this store who makes both my boyfriend and me really uncomfortable. She's overly familiar with him. knows his name and phone number by memory, and always directs conversation only to him, never making eye contact or acknowledging me. Even when another staff member is helping us, she'll interrupt to say things like "this is what he likes," which feels invasive and inappropriate. It's crossed into creepy territory and has made us both hesitant to come back. I hope management addresses this kind of unprofessional behavior because it really affects the customer experience.
Been going here for years. Always super clean and well stocked with a wide variety of everything. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and incredibly friendly!
The people in this store think it's illegal to use a native status card to use towards the purchase of cannabis. i went to purchase some cannabis and was told i couldn't use my native status. this discriminative behavior must be addressed. it is perfectly legal to use the status card in the purchasing of cannabis. the staff however is very friendly, so i will change my review once you address the native status issue
