The employee turn around at this location is crazy. Every 2 weeks-month I see at least 2-3 new faces. New faces that are hired & have no product knowledge. Also, I've had Key holders who I've seen at close & open, that have served me on a bi-weekly basis that constantly continue to ID me even though I've made purchases with the same Key holder numerous of times. From a customer (and budtender) stand point that is not how you create good relations between you and the customer, if the same individual is constantly ID you every restock.i understand that is protocol/law or a new employee but if you see a face multiple times a month, you should know they are legal by then especially as a weekly KEYHOLDER . I forgot my id once, only have my cannsell certificate in my phone, and credit cards with my name on it to match the name on the certificate, offered to show it was denied. If I can sell weed legally, I'm positive I can smoke it legally. Only positive interactions I've had at this location was with a white lady with tattoos and some piercings, she needs a raise! (I think her name is Hayley? Not sure bad with names)
Sawyer and Jamal made my experience super pleasant, real class pair of guys. Definitely coming again.
Walked in to get a weed pen and was greeted by Shaneale, she calmly and clearly explained the pen and how it works, asked about which cartridges I would like and their strengths and flavors, asked which flavors I wouldn't like before grabbing some options and helped me pick out the perfect options. 10/10, 5 stars 🤩
That was the worse experience I have ever had at OP. The person who was attempting to help me couldn't give me helpful info. She brought out about 10 packs and was reading off the labels...doing this one at a time and not letting me know if it would work. When asking to read it myself , she said for loss prevention I can't hold it. I get that but it was still frustrating; it was a slow audious experience. HoneyPot, here I come here.
Roaa was fantastic! I originally stopped by Canna Cabana, but after waiting at the front for 10 minutes with no greeting or ID check, I decided to place an order online with One Plant instead. I'm glad I did — the service here was fast and friendly. Roaa was extremely personable and had my order ready right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and the prices/deals are definitely better here. I'll definitely be back!
