The budtenders here are great! That out of the way, our experience with the manager Jolene was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This experience began with the quality of the prerolls I bought, 30$ for underweighted, old, and flattened joints. While trying to smoke one the paper slid over the tip of the filter, so I tore the small bit of paper off like one would do with any joint, as it clogs the filter. The joint hardly smoked while intact, but the whole thing came ungloved from the paper after 4 hits. I called the location and was told that despite their usual protocol, I could bring them back in for consideration of a refund. I was told to bring the remaining product, the package, my id, and the receipt. I told Jolene that I had tried to smoke the joint, but most of it fell onto the floor. After making a 30 minute drive across the entire city in rush hour traffic, I was told that I needed to have the remains of the j that fell apart.. after we made the drive and told her that it had fallen apart and on the ground. I was not once told on this phone call that the scooped up ash, snow and dirt covered weed and flattened filter were needed. If you cannot process a refund, you say no. You do not misinform your customer and make them waste gas traveling across the city. We were also told that we wouldn't have time to go back and get the remains (despite having an hour til the time they told me they were leaving) and that if I tried to come back I would be denie ..

The place is bright and clean. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Needed something for nighttime aches in my legs, and they showed me what was used by the most customers.
Knowledgeable and friendly. Out of stock too often though, I don't think you'd see that if it were privately run. Just sayin. 😃 Have to update this review for new users like I was. Having placed multiple orders, don't wait for an email telling you that your order is ready for pick up because it probably won't come. Give them a couple of hours then go in, most often it's ready, if not they will get it ready right away. I was asked once if i received my email as they couldn't find the order, after i said it had been placed the day before they found my paperwork under the counter(I think on a printer) and apologized. Usually more staff than customers so it's not an issue. Very friendly people but need some coaching.
