I have been coming here every since I was a kid - going on 40+ years. This year, there are new owners and things have changed. The food is still decent (I'm a fan of the poutine), however, the customer service from the new owners is pretty bad (abrupt, unfriendly, rude). I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now and go back... but more attention should be paid to good customer service. Three or 3.5 stars for the food... one star for service.

Today, returning from the lake, we decided to stop here to eat. After I saw that there were a lot of flies and the employees were preparing food with their bare hands, I hesitated to order something. But my wife still ordered a burger, I refused her 😁 As a result, she is now sitting and suffering from stomach pain. It is very difficult to watch how the food that people ordered is put on the window for the waiter to pick up, flies sit on it, the food could stand there for a minute. And the flies sat on it all the time. (I'm not talking about the burger, but about the food that people ordered on the spot)

Literal crap in the hallway, you can see the disgusting floors while waiting to pay for gas. I brought it to staff's attention and he shrugged and said he'd get someone to do something about it later?!? Definitely won't eat in a place with standards like that!
