Madinah has given me the most amazing customer service I've ever received as I tend to talk a lot and had 110 question about several items and products and she answered them all and when she didn't know an answer rather than bs me she found some other staff to answer who did which is rare these days!! To her bosses/managers please give her a raise !🤞🏽🙏😇 12 outta 10 rating !! 🤎🌹
i recently bought cbd gummies here, noticed that they weren't doing much for me and i look on the back of the package for it to say it was packaged almost 4 years ago? 2022????? Really upset i wasted my money as i bought a 30 pack of these. smh. i really liked this place and their staff but i wont be back or ill be checking every package before i leave the store which shouldn't have to be done honestly.
So According to an UEM Employee the manager on duty who process a return of a product will have the amount deducted from their paycheck if BC Cannabis rejects the Refund...This fully explains why I just had the worse customer service and that putting it mildly.
This is the reason for the one star
Five days ago i purchased a Canister (Creme Royale Kush Liquid Blunt Cartridge). I buy about 3 per month from you location. I go to the same location multiple time a week and I know 90% of everyone that works there (some of them outside of the store) and every can attest to my honesty. But every now and then I get a defective canister. Months ago I bought the same (Creme Royale Kush Liquid Blunt Cartridge) and after a week it started licking but it was low enough by then that i just suck it up but i did take it to the office and they nicely said it was too low but i showed them the leak.
This time around, the same Brand started leaking days into purchase. So left it alone until i was able to take it to the store. The Leak was so clear i thought there was Zero chance they wouldn't care. I go into the store and spoke with one of the regular workers and he looked at it and said "oh shoot, yeah, let me ask my manager". 2 seconds later (2 Seconds) he comes back and said "my manager said we can do it" so I said no this is not ok you can clearly see a leak can i talk to the manager. A female manager (Assistant i believe) walked over to me and said its less than half. I to ..
Honestly I came in there after having a cry and scream singing the whole car ride there, and the door person is always chill and friendly points you exactly where to go and everything is so seamless and organized. And tonight a person with great lashes helped me out beautifully! The proof is me sitting here enjoying the the product writing this memoire because it's been a helluba day and the staff were impeccable.
Huge shoutout to Alex — hands down the best budtender I've ever met. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. His product knowledge is on point, and every suggestion he's given me has been fire. Not one bad pick. He's got that perfect mix of chill vibes and expert advice. (Btw he's helped me not once but at least 5 times over the years that's why I make sure to tip him each time, bro does not miss.)
